  • I want to how to use the openInventor eventCallback function for mfc(SDI)

    Hello.. OpenInventor users~~~

    my name is comac...
these day I am trying to develop a program using OpenInventor+MFC(SDI).
    I am OpenInventor beiginner.
OpenInventor provided a lot of samples,
There are many examples of callbacks from the main function program.
but I did not find mouse or Keyboard event habdling in the MFC(SDI) environment.
If there is anyone you know, I would appreciate your help.
    thank you

    Hi Comac,
In an Open Inventor application, Mouse and Keyboard events are handled by adding, one or more, SoEventCallback nodes in the scene graph.
As a result, input event handling is the same in every environment (not specific to MFC).
Take a look at the example program: $OIVHOME\examples\source\Inventor\examples\Mentor\ Cxx\10.1.AddEventCallback.cxx
    Regards,
    Mike
